There are many website which serve as directory. People who want to advertise their website may submit their request to the directory.

Steps are simple:
1. Open your browser
2. Enter the website address
3. Click on "Submit Link"
4. Enter your website info and select the category
5. Some directories need a reciprocal link. Just insert their link into your web page. (Win-win)
6. Click submit and wait for approval
It depends on how fast the webmaster review and approve your submission.
